Months of Inventory

What Does It Mean?

“Months of Inventory” is an estimate for the amount of time it would take to sell all the houses currently available on the market, based on average days-on-market. If we look at historic data in April of 2009 for King County, our area had eight months of inventory. Last month, our area only had one month of inventory.

That’s a -84.6% change in ten years!  What does it mean for you? Let’s talk!

Aerial Photography

Professional Photography is one of the best marketing tools for your home. Today’s buyers are most likely to see your home online first and then decide if it warrants an in person look. In addition to professional pictures of your home, aerial photography can be used to tell the story of your neighborhood and all the amenities it has to offer. When it comes time to sell your home, make sure you choose an agent that knows how to market not only your home but your neighborhood!

Spring Has Arrived

Today is the first full day of spring and the unusually warm weather the past few days has brought out the blooms. Today I was visiting someone’s home and on the way out, they snipped this blossom off a shrub by their front door and gave it to me. A small gesture that left me thinking how blessed I feel when someone invites me into their home and shares their memories of living there. It’s an honor and one of the things I love best about my job.
