How I Work With Buyers

If you are in the market to buy a home, I am committed to work tirelessly to find you just the right home, in the right neighborhood and within your budget.

Here is what the home buying process looks like:

  • During our first meeting we’ll talk about what you are looking for in a home as well as the importance of working with a good mortgage lender. Before we go out looking at properties, you’ll need to be pre-approved to purchase. I cannot stress enough how important this is if you want to make an offer that gets the seller’s attention.
  • My job is to help find you the right home and I’ll continuously track the listings that meet your criteria. Although we will go out looking at homes together, I will preview properties on your behalf, eliminating any that clearly do not suit you. Previewing is a step that only a handful of agents take, but in my experience, this saves you valuable time.
  • When we have found “the one,” I know how to put together a strong offer, negotiate on your behalf and win. I’ll walk you through the sales contract making sure you thoroughly understand what you are signing, so don’t be afraid to ask questions! I use the latest technology and resources available to make the process as convenient for my clients as possible.
  • Once we have a contract that has been agreed-upon by all parties, I work with a team of specialists to help us through the process. From inspectors to title and escrow professionals, I know who to call if an issue arises. I’ll stay in touch and keep you up-to-date throughout.
